If you live in Singapore, you know the new buzz of the town is none other than the Gardens By The Bay. With a cool SGD1Billion price tag, this new attraction better lives up to the expectation. My visit will coincide with the Singapore Botanical Garden flower show later this month. Couldn’t help myself from writing this post, because of the photographs posted on Facebook are beautiful and fascinating. NST says Gardens By The Bay received 10,000 visit in the first 12 hours, impressive. Have you visited this garden marvel with 220 species of trees from around the world except Antarctica. , Gardens by the Bay is intended to become Singapore’s premier urban outdoor recreation space, and a national icon.

1) The plan was announced by PM Lee Hsien Loong during the National Day Rally in Aug, 2005
2) International Master Plan Design competition receive 170 entries. Grant Associates and Gustafson Porter was awarded.
3) The Bay East was used as an interim park for Youth Olympics Games in 2010
